Mike Gilmartin joined Gibson Consultants in 2004. Mike's career includes a 19-year tour with CIGNA Healthcare, during which he served in a variety of capacities, including systems analysis, research and staff positions, production management, underwriting, and market management.

The latter ten years of his career at CIGNA Healthcare were spent in sales operations, beginning in Chicago, where he climbed to the sales vice president position responsible for sales operations in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. He concluded his career at CIGNA Healthcare as the vice president of sales for Massachusetts and Vermont.

Mike has since served as a management consultant with a focus on sales operations, and as an account executive in the Boston area for Gallagher Benefit Services, one of the nation's largest insurance brokerage firms. Mike holds a Massachusetts State Health and Accident Producer license.
