Referral Program - Details
Here’s how the program works:
- If you hear about someone at a healthcare vendor who is thinking about looking externally for managerial, executive, or sales talent, simply refer that person to us. If, within one year from your referral, it leads to a retained search assignment for Gibson Consultants, we will FedEx you a $7,500 finder’s fee. It’s that simple. For each additional successful referral, we will send another $7,500. No limit.
- Please note that we are NOT asking for an endorsement of any kind. We are simply looking for an introduction. If we are chosen to do a search, we expect that selection to be based solely on our merits, as presented by us to the prospective client. All we are asking you to do is make an introduction.
- A qualified referral must include the person’s name, organization, and contact information. Also, the person must be expecting to hear from us to discuss his/her needs.
- If the referral leads to an “engagement search” instead of a retained search, we will pay a $1,000 finder’s fee upfront and $6,500 upon candidate placement. See Types of Search.
THE FINE PRINT
- Existing Gibson Consultants clients are not eligible referrals. This information should become obvious during your discussion with the prospect.
- We will issue you a 1099 at the end of the calendar year for income tax purposes.
