Ben is a Research Associate at Gibson Consultants. He supports the recruiters and the team to the best of his abilities by working closely with the team and providing support for various tasks and projects.

Before working at Gibson Consultants, Ben worked as an intern at a large hospital in Dallas/Fort Worth, where he gained knowledge and understanding on how a hospital is run from the administrative side. His work experience has given him skills in research, time management, proactive learning, organization, and leadership.

Ben grew up in Cary, NC and then moved out to Dallas, TX halfway through high school. He eventually decided to come to Wilmington in 2020 for college. He enjoys running, reading, golf, and playing music. Benjamin is passionate about helping those around him. He loves to volunteer at his local church in multiple areas such as student ministries.

Ben is currently a Masters of Healthcare Administration student at UNC-Chapel Hill. He graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Spring 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Business Analytics, and a minor in Data Science.
