While HMS was transforming our culture, Gibson Consultants brought in over 30 new team members to help us deliver our promise to Medicaid.  HMS historically struggled with positions like the VP of Strategy, Medicaid Regional Directors, Sales Leaders and Product Managers – all which Gibson filled in a very timely manner. They took the time to understand our business, culture and values which enabled them to work faster and more effectively than any other firm, including the much larger executive search firms.

Rick Dellapia did work on a difficult recruitment. He listened to my needs, and identified and screened candidates with subtlety and nuance. We got several excellent candidates located close to our home office. It was miraculous.

Tina demonstrated great work ethic and exceptional communications skills doing candidate recruitment work for me. She interviewed candidates who weren’t even looking and got them interested in my role and company. The candidates that made it through her filter were excellent matches and highly motivated.
