I worked directly with Matthew on a recent search. Matthew’s knowledge of the industry was our main reason for selecting them and it saved us a lot of time upfront. Matthew was very professional and conducted a thorough search that resulted in a great fit for our organization. We had a 25 year Sr. Account Manager retiring and had been recruiting to replace her for more than 10 weeks. We were down to 30 days when I reached out to Betsy, whom I hadn’t used in quite a few years. She brought us two highly qualified candidates and we hired the best candidate we had met throughout the entire process. We were even able to coordinate a 1 week overlap before the retirement. When we went looking for an executive search firm to partner with on our search for a C-Suite sales professional, I didn’t expect to find what we did with Colleen. Her work ethic and honest nature clearly set her apart from the standard recruiter. Colleen took the time to understand our business and needs of the position. Her experience in sales allowed her to speak our language. We were able to trust that she knew what skill set we needed and could find us the right person. She did just that and quickly too! We worked with Jim and his team recently on a critical hire and were extremely pleased with the results. Jim knows the healthcare IT space very well, demonstrated great credibility to our recruiting prospects, managed our own team’s time very efficiently which we greatly appreciated, and presented us with a well-qualified short list of candidates, one of whom we selected. All of this was accomplished in a short timeframe, which was necessary. Our experience with Jim spoke to the benefits of using a retained search model when you have a clearly defined need (or one that Jim can help you sort out), a short timeframe to get the hire done, and not much time to invest in the early stages of finding viable candidates.

Jim and his team did a terrific job for us. He insisted on having a face-to-face meeting with our team to fully understand the players behind our corporate culture before embarking on our search process.
