Tess is a Director of Executive Search at Gibson Consultants . She specializes in collaborating with senior executives within health plans and digital health companies, specifically in the areas of product management and risk adjustment. Her primary goal is to assemble teams that are not only capable of driving strategic initiatives but also instrumental in achieving optimal outcomes for these organizations.

Before joining Gibson Consultants, Tess dedicated three years to recruiting within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in understanding recruitment dynamics. Her experience in executive search has allowed Tess to identify talent that aligns with the strategic goals of her clients in the health and digital health sectors.

Living in South Florida, Tess gets to enjoy the warm weather, which allows her to pursue her hobbies and interests outdoors. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Winnie.
