Tina is a Manager, Executive Search on the Health Plan team.
Prior to Gibson Consultants, Tina worked in the HOA management and residential construction industry. Her hands-on experience in internal recruitment and sales training gives her the skills for business development, creating relationships, and providing value to her clients and customers.
She understands how important the right fit is for long-term happiness for both clients and candidates. She has dedicated her career to matching the right person with the right company to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships. She prides herself on strong work ethics and fair values to deliver these results.

Tina has been a lifelong resident of North Carolina. For the past six years, she has had the opportunity to live near the Carolina beaches. She shares her energy outside of work by participating in 5K running events, spontaneous road trips, beach days with friends but most importantly, spending time with her husband and two boys.
Tina studied business administration at Lenoir Community College in Kinston, NC. She currently holds an active SHRM-CP certification as well.
